The region is criss-crossed with cycle tracks, with downhill and cross-country trails.

Vaujany, Oz en Oisans and Aurisn are linked to the Alpe d’Huez MTB system and you can view the trail map here. Likewise, Venosc and Mont de Lans are linked to Les 2 Alpes, and you can view the trail map here.
