Summer Season in Les 2 Alpes

It’s hard not to fill this page with superlatives about summer skiing and snowboarding on the largest skiable glacier in Europe, with a world-class Snow Park and the only Superpipe of its kind in France.

But what you may not know is the resort has 127km of MTB trails (VTT in French), 200km of hiking trails and nearly 100 in-resort activities. It’s the perfect place if your kids are sporty and energetic, giving them the chance to try out tons of new activities… and the big kids love it too! The ten-week summer season also hosts four major sporting events: the Mondial du VTT; the Kumi Yama; the Mountain of Hell; and the Marco Pantani memorial race.

If this all sounds too tiring for a summer holiday, temperatures here reach around 25ºC during the day, falling to around 10ºC at night. The mountains provide a stunning back-drop and clean air so you can soak up the sun by the pool, explore the resort’s fantastic restaurants and party the night away in the international bars and clubs.
